What you will do ###

• Coaching and individual accompaniment during the duration in the PvB (Programm zur vorübergehenden Beschäftigung) of job seekers during reintegration into the primary labor market, including assessments, target agreements, and meaningful reporting
• Professional accompaniment of job seekers throughout the entire application process as well as development of suitable application strategies
• Active support of job seekers in the creation and optimization of application documents as well as with applications
• Assistance in the intake process as well as on the presentation day in updating quality processes.
• Collaboration on projects
• Deputy in the AMM-team

What you bring with you ###

• Basic training with EFZ and at least 3 years of experience in the field of professional integration as a coach
• Degree/certificate in the social sector (e.g., as a Job Coach in labor integration) or in training
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Strong communication personality with heart
• Pronounced ability in relationship building and maintenance of referrers
• Independent way of working

• Experience in quality assurance
