To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and organizationally strong personality as Department Assistant Gastronomy Specialist Planning.

You support our project managers and specialist planners with administrative and project-related tasks. In doing so, you create and maintain project documentation, tender and submission documents, process project data and ensure structured project administration. Furthermore, you assist with competition and application documents, manage project and equipment data, check project services and hourly reports, maintain technical fundamentals and, with your careful and service-oriented way of working, make an important contribution to the success of our projects.

You have completed basic commercial training and ideally bring experience in a clerical or project support function. Proficient use of common MS Office applications as well as digital work tools is a matter of course for you.

You are characterized by a structured, independent and reliable way of working. You also maintain an overview even in multiple tasks, work exactly and value cooperation in an interdisciplinary team. In addition, you are interested in developments and trends in the areas of gastronomy, hospitality and planning and are motivated to continuously expand your expertise.

You master spelling for the German and English language in spoken and written form. Other languages are very welcome.
