In order to strengthen our Life Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a 60% French-speaking Lawyer, for Life Insurance benefits.
The missions awaiting you:
Handle disputes in matters of accident insurance—establish decisions on oppositions and judicial writings
Handle disputes in matters of sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, conciliate and draft judicial writings
Analyze and respond to legal questions arising from colleagues managing LAA and sickness loss of earnings files, as well as from underwriters and brokers
Actively participate within the framework of internal projects and training
Your profile:
Master in law or title deemed equivalent
Ideally a first experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
French native language and mastery of German
Mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
