What you accomplish ###

• You pilot the integration of the new central kitchen by coordinating business teams, logistics, and IT partners to ensure a smooth, coherent project aligned with strategic objectives.
• You translate field needs into concrete solutions. You analyze processes, clarify expectations, and build simple, efficient information flows adapted to operational realities.
• You orchestrate the digitalization of the production chain. You connect tools, secure data exchanges, and facilitate the transition to more efficient and reliable ways of working.
• You facilitate exchanges between stakeholders. You create bridges between teams, mobilize field experts, and advance decisions in a spirit of cooperation.
• You drive change with energy. You explain, reassure, and involve employees in every step in order to transform challenges into opportunities for progress.
• You secure the deployment of solutions. You anticipate risks, pilot tests, and ensure that each new step brings concrete value to users and internal clients.

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
• Specialization: with certification in project management methodology and change management.
• Professional experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management with expertise in business integration.
• Project management and global vision: You lead complex projects with method. You stay on course even when several teams move forward in parallel and you transform objectives into visible and measurable results.
• Transversal leadership and influence: You bring together different profiles around a single direction. You communicate with impact, facilitate exchanges, and obtain buy-in thanks to your credibility and your sense of the collective.
• Understanding of industrial environments: You understand the challenges of production, logistics, and the supply chain. You quickly identify critical points and propose pragmatic solutions that create value.
• Available to make regular travel between Genève and Ecublens as part of the project.
• French (B2)
