Your tasks

• Carrying out the general and subsidiary ledger accounting of various companies in CH and DE
• Posting of invoices as well as processing of payment transactions
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT reports
• Collaboration in the foundation accounting
• Participation in the optimization and further development of the IKS processes and workflows

What we expect from you

• You have a completed commercial vocational training as well as further training in finance and accounting
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams
• Experience in using the accounting software Abacus is an advantage
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working as well as high teamwork skills and strong commitment
• Proficient German skills in spoken and written language (French is an advantage)
