The Krebsliga Schweiz, based in Bern, is the umbrella organization of the 18 cantonal and regional Krebsligen. For over 110 years, we have been committed to people affected by cancer and their environment. We advocate for a world in which fewer people develop cancer. Our main tasks include counseling, support, and information. We are active in cancer prevention and early detection and offer training and further education for professionals. Krebsliga Schweiz is based in Bern and is largely financed through donations. Our marketing team contributes significantly to making our mission visible, inspiring people for our concerns, and building sustainable partnerships. In this mandate, we also represent the interests of the Stiftung Krebsforschung Schweiz. Marketing with impact: We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist with a focus on Stiftung Krebsforschung Schweiz starting from 01 January 2027 or by arrangement, employment degree 80%. Your field of activity: * You develop and manage the marketing of campaigns and offers-- from strategic planning through the definition of target groups, positioning and messages to implementation and optimization. * You develop target-group-oriented campaign content and media and ensure that these are implemented in a manner appropriate to the channel and linguistic region and are played out consistently across all relevant touchpoints. * You are responsible for digital marketing and media activities and ensure targeted, efficient, and data-based playback -- including SEA and other digital advertising measures. * You manage external agencies, service providers, and other partners and coordinate cooperation with relevant internal areas such as strategy, fundraising, theme management, and research. * You are responsible for the brand appearance and marketing materials and ensure the consistent application of CI/CD and corporate wording as well as the demand-oriented procurement, production, distribution, and availability of marketing materials. * You are responsible for the planning and implementation of events and, together with internal and external partners, ensure professional implementation, functioning logistics, and high quality. Your backpack: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ, have already completed further marketing training, and bring several years of professional experience. You are open, flexible, and maintain calm and an overview even in hectic situations. Additionally, you are an organizational talent and a team player. Very good German skills round off your profile.
