Exciting tasks await:

• As-is analysis of existing structures, material stocks, logistics and digital solutions, as well as examination of the interfaces between SNZ 144, rescue services, hospitals and other operational partners
• Conducting benchmarks with neighboring cantons and reference systems to develop well-founded variants and decision-making bases for the Canton Aargau
• Development of a scalable cantonal target concept for the management of medical emergency major events with the definition of roles, leadership structures and operational processes
• Identification of digitalization and automation potentials, definition of technical requirements for resource and situation overviews as well as planning resilient fallback levels
• Preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures for medical material, operational equipment and logistics solutions from market analysis to specifications through to award and acceptance

What you bring:

• Master's degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a relevant field or degree from a Higher Technical College with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, healthcare, rescue services, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders as well as in the development of strategies, variant comparisons and decision-making bases
• Practice in public procurement and technical tenders as well as knowledge in the environment of rescue services, civil protection or public administration
• Strong digital competence (Microsoft 365, process automation, data analysis) paired with flawless understanding of information security and fallback levels
• High negotiation, communication and presentation competence towards authorities, partner organizations and suppliers as well as binding and independent action
