Tasks

• Prepare, plausibilize and quantitatively evaluate inventory, area and usage data
• Create statistical analyses, key figures and visualizations as decision-making bases for planning projects
• Develop and further develop calculation models to determine and forecast future area requirements
• Further develop Excel-based evaluations and models as well as test new analysis approaches and tools
• Collaborate on projects in usage and location planning and support the team with technical questions

Profile

• Enrolled in studies with a quantitative or analytical focus, e.g., economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, Data Science, physics, geography or a comparable field of study
• Very good Excel skills; initial programming experience or knowledge in SQL or Power BI are an advantage, but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of numbers and data as well as working your way into new methods and tools and trying out solution approaches
• Structured, precise and independent way of working as well as interest in a long-term collaboration
