In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities:

• Operating the porter's lodge on the premises (Riverside) in Zuchwil
• Friendly and competent reception of customers, suppliers, etc.
• Receipt and reliable forwarding of incoming telephone calls
• Creating and scheduling order tickets using the Planon system (CFM Tool)
• Providing information and details
• Gen. administrative work
• Holiday and sickness cover (100% workload)
• Support of the supervisor
• Working days: Monday & Tuesday

You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You bring the following requirements:

• Commercial training or hotel management school with commercial further training
• Several years of experience in front-end interaction with customers/suppliers
• Confident and well-groomed appearance with appropriate manners
• Very good MS-Office knowledge (digital working environment)
• Language skills: German (fluent), English and French (good to very good)
