For one of our customers, we are looking for a dedicated ICT / Telecommunications Service Technician (m/f/d).

Your future tasks ###

• You are responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and systems, including fiber optic patching and cabling.
• You will work primarily in the areas of ICT, telecommunications and network infrastructure.
• You will independently carry out installations of network elements, racks, switches, routers and access points and ensure their flawless function.
• You will look after our customers on site, analyze technical requirements and implement suitable and innovative solutions.
• You will carry out technical clarifications and support the rectification of malfunctions and technical problems.
• You will ensure professional and reliable execution of the work in compliance with quality and safety specifications.

Your profile ###

• You have completed training as an electrical installer or assembly electrician or bring sound practical experience in the areas of ICT, telecommunications or network infrastructure.
• You are characterized by a customer-oriented way of working and strong communication skills.
• You work independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy innovative technologies.
• Ideally, you have experience with data centers, technical rooms or POP locations.
• You have German language skills at native speaker level and understand Swiss German.
• You possess a driving license of category B.
• You are available at short notice and prepared to undertake evening and night shifts if required.
