For one of our clients located in the Bienne region, we are looking for a:

Bilingual French-German Medical Assistant (M/F/D) from 1 January 2027

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

• Welcoming patients and ensuring professional, warm, and caring care;
• Managing telephone calls and responding to various patient requests;
• Planning and coordinating appointments;
• Ensuring various administrative tasks related to the follow-up of patient files;
• Preparing consultations and assisting doctors as needed;
• Performing medical acts falling within the competencies of a medical assistant;
• Performing, depending on the organization of the structure, blood tests, injections, ECG, monitoring of vital parameters and other common examinations;
• Preparing, maintaining and organizing the equipment necessary for consultations;
• Ensuring the proper transmission of information between patients, doctors and various partners;
• Actively participating in the daily organization and the smooth running of the practice or the medical structure;
• Respecting hygiene rules, confidentiality and internal procedures.

Your profile

• CFC as a medical assistant;
• Initial professional experience in a medical practice, an urgent care center, a clinic or a healthcare structure is an asset;
• Very good knowledge of French and German, indispensable for communicating with a French-speaking and German-speaking patient base;
• Comfortable with both medical and administrative tasks;
• Good command of standard IT tools;
• Sense of welcome and excellent contact with patients;
• Organized, reliable and conscientious personality;
• Ability to manage priorities and to remain efficient during more intense periods;
• Team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility;
• Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.
