Schubiger Möbel is an established furniture and furnishing store with a 90-year tradition. With around 15'000 m² of sales area, our family business is the largest furniture store in Zürich, and the Regensdorf branch is simultaneously one of the most modern furniture stores in the region.

For our branch in Regensdorf, we are looking for a qualified, motivated, and sympathetic team member for our customer reception team, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your task

You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a positive reception with your friendly and warm manner.

Your diverse area of responsibility includes:

• Friendly greeting and care of our customers at the reception
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Various administrative and commercial activities
• Cash management and operating the cash register
• Support and care of our boutique
• Sales and consultation in the boutique
• Assistance with merchandise presentation and general boutique tasks
• Holiday replacements within the team

You maintain an overview even in hectic situations, work independently, and support our team where your help is currently needed.

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the front office, reception, sales, or in a boutique is an advantage
• Joy in contact with people and in personal customer care
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible personality
• Organizational talent and good multitasking skills
• Well-groomed and sympathetic appearance
• Joy in beautiful things, interior design, and sales
• English and/or French skills are an advantage

Important to know

• Sales open Sundays: approx. 2–3 shifts per year
• Partial shifts in the evening until approx. Uhr
• Holiday replacements within the team
