Your tasks ##

• Active participation in an important IT rollout project
• Installation, configuration and replacement of workstations
• User assistance during the rollout
• Resolution of technical incidents
• Accompanying users during the migration
• Documentation and monitoring of interventions
• Collaboration with the project's IT teams

Our requirements ##

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd level IT support
• Experience in IT migration or rollout projects, an advantage
• Fluent French
• Good level of English
• Very good customer orientation and sense of service
• Autonomous, reliable and organized person
• Comfortable in a professional and international IT environment
• Project duration: from November 2026, for a minimum duration of 5 to 6 months
