Your tasks

• Answering the telephone, internal and external communication
• Planning and management of the outpatient cardiological, musculoskeletal as well as pneumological consultation hours
• Minutes of the specialist group meetings
• Creating the admission documentation for inpatient patients
• Hub function between the medical secretariat and the medical staff
• General archiving work (digital)
• Final revision and sending of inpatient reports
• Writing findings and consultation reports from dictation
• Processing insurance inquiries
• Obtaining extensions of cost guarantees
• Assistance with the admission documentation for inpatient patients
• General secretarial work

Your profile

• You have a medical-commercial education or have successfully completed further training in the medical secretarial field
• You have a medical background and/or bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You have outstanding organizational skills and excellent PC user knowledge
• Your independent and exact way of working as well as your stylish German in spoken and written form complete your profile
