Type of work

• Instrumenting and assisting during outpatient as well as inpatient ophthalmological procedures
• Professional preparation and post-preparation of operating rooms and medical technology devices
• Ensuring material availability for planned operations
• Carrying out OP documentation and electronic performance recording
• Shared responsibility for a smooth process in the OP area
• Guaranteeing professional and patient-oriented care
• Collaboration in the further development of standards, processes, and workflows
• Support in the processing of instruments and medical products in compliance with all hygiene and quality guidelines

Requirement profile

• Training as Dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF or TOA/OTA
• Experience in the OP area
• Knowledge in ophthalmology is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• Training as Technische/r Sterilisationsassistent/in STE I is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• High level of responsibility and teamwork skills
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
