Commercial employee

The employer is looking for a:

Commercial employee (reported profession)

Tasks:

• general secretarial work (sorting mail, managing telephone, e-mails)
• invoicing/preparation of offers and management of reminders using our management software
• management of supplier invoices
• preparation of VAT statements
• personnel management (preparation of salaries via management software, recording employee hours, preparation of withholding tax statements)

Requirements:

• even minimal experience in using Banana and in personnel management
• good use of Excel
• excellent knowledge of Italian

Employment details:

• work location Losone
• employment 100%
• from Monday to Friday, working hours 8:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:00
• employment start 07.01.2027, fixed term until 31.08.2027 (with possible shadowing period)
• salary to be agreed
