Store Agent Jumper (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Individual advice on smartphones, mobile phone subscriptions, accessories, and digital services
• Recording and processing of service and repair requests
• Supporting customers with technical questions and applications
• Ensuring an appealing and professional store appearance
• Support in goods management, warehouse management, and inventories
• Carrying out various administrative activities in the store
• Active cooperation with the respective store teams
• Flexible deployment at various locations within the region

Your Profile ###

• Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environment is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for smartphones, digital products, and modern technologies
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of sales
• Open, communicative, and sympathetic personality
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness for assignments at different locations
