What you will do with us ##

• Responsible for the reception of visitors, patients
• Active care of our supplementary insured patients (before, during as well as after the stay)
• Patient admission outside of regular opening hours
• Organizing various services for supplementary insured patients
• Information at the counter as well as on the telephone, telephone switchboard

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial employee EFZ with further training in the field of hospitality, upscale gastronomy or tourism
• Several years of experience in the front office area as well as foreign language skills (F/E, I an advantage)
• Good IT user knowledge, including Microsoft Dynamics for CRM
• Willingness to work according to the duty roster including weekends, public holidays as well as night shifts
• High service readiness, organizational ability as well as a well-groomed appearance
