Cleaning employee for apartments (20–40 %)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cleaning person for the professional cleaning of apartments and private households.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual, starting immediately or by arrangement, who is used to working independently and places great value on cleanliness, quality, and reliability.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the thorough and professional cleaning of our apartments and private households.

Your daily tasks include, in particular:

• Thorough cleaning of apartments and private households
• Cleaning of kitchens including work surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and floors
• Cleaning and care of bathrooms and toilet facilities
• Cleaning of living, sleeping, and utility rooms
• Vacuuming and damp mopping of all floors
• Dusting and cleaning of furniture and surfaces
• Cleaning of doors, door frames, light switches, and other surfaces
• Removal of lime, dirt, and stains
• Window cleaning upon request and need
• Cleaning after move-outs and move-ins
• Thorough final cleaning of apartments
• Careful handling of sensitive surfaces and materials
• Professional and economical use of cleaning agents
• Proper handling of cleaning equipment and working materials
• Independent control of the work performed
• Recognizing and reporting damage, defects, or special dirtiness
• Compliance with specified cleaning standards and quality requirements
• Respectful and professional interaction with customers
• Maintaining the discretion and privacy of our customers

Your profile

For this position, we are explicitly looking for an experienced cleaning person.

You bring the following requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in the cleaning of apartments, private households, or comparable objects
• Experience in independent and thorough apartment cleaning
• Good to very good German language skills, so that work instructions and customer wishes can be reliably understood and implemented
• At least residence permit C
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Flawless criminal record certificate
• Secure and independent working style
• High quality awareness
• Very careful and precise way of working
• Reliability and punctuality
• Sense of responsibility
• Discreet and trustworthy appearance
• Friendly and respectful interaction with customers
• Well-groomed appearance

Particularly important

Since we place great value on the quality of our services, we are not looking for a person without corresponding professional experience.

Several years of experience in the cleaning of apartments and private households is mandatory.

The ability to clean an apartment independently, efficiently, and at a high quality level is required.

Likewise, good German skills, at least permit C, as well as the driver's license category B are mandatory requirements for this position.

Since we work in the private premises of our customers, we also require a flawless criminal record certificate.
