Security Staff for Events (m/f/d) – Hourly Wage

Procustos Sicherheitsdienste ensures security, order, and smooth operations at events.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for reliable and motivated employees for flexible assignments on an hourly basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring security, order, and peace on the event premises
• Carrying out admission, ticket, and person controls
• Controlling entrances and monitoring sensitive areas such as backstage and VIP
• Assisting and supporting visitors
• Contact person for organizers and emergency services
• Early recognition of conflicts and professional de-escalation of situations

Your profile:

• Impeccable reputation (current criminal record extract required)
• Friendly, confident, and assertive appearance
• Good assertiveness and strong de-escalation skills
• Physically and mentally resilient as well as enduring
• Willingness to work irregular hours, especially night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
