Our Sportamt team of around 1'400 employees is constantly in motion - and you are right in the middle of it!

To reinforce our motivated team, we are looking for immediate or by agreement a fixed-term support of a responsible personality who brings joy to versatile HR administration.

Tasks

• You take responsibility for all administrative tasks in your assigned area. In doing so, you work closely with the responsible HR Business Partners and ensure mutual substitution within the team.
• You record and maintain personnel and payroll data in SAP HCM and work with various HR peripheral systems such as SuccessFactors (SF), PULS, Planik, Swiss+ and E3 (time tracking system).
• You support the HR Business Partners in the recruitment process by taking over the pre-selection as well as applicant management.
• You advise and support employees in all administrative HR matters.

Profile

• Completed commercial training (eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis EFZ or equivalent) and further training in personnel management (at least eidg. Fachausweis HRM).
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in a public administration – or in a comparable environment.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors as well as O365.
• Strong organizational skills as well as a precise, structured and timely way of working.
• High service orientation and teamwork skills. You communicate clearly, actively support your environment and act responsibly.

About us

The Sportamt is a service department of the Schul- und Sportdepartement of the city of Zürich. It is the competence center for sports promotion and provides sports facilities, indoor and outdoor pools to the athletically active population and clubs. The organization of mandatory swimming lessons and voluntary school sports is also among the core tasks of the Sportamt. With targeted information, the Sportamt motivates for more movement and advises as well as supports sports organizations.
