Tasks

• Taking over daily responsibility for the nursing process
• Professional nursing and care of the residents
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual nursing processes
• Professional support and accompaniment of the team
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and relatives
• Active co-design and ensuring a high quality of nursing

Profile

• Completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF, FH, DN II or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of long-term care
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Empathy, humor, and team spirit
• Experience with RAI is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
