Your responsibility

• You lead around 35 teachers in Cycle 1, accompany them in their professional development and provide impulses for pedagogical further development.
• You are responsible for the annual class and workload planning in Cycle 1 and, together with the school management team, ensure forward-looking personnel and organizational planning.
• You coordinate central processes and transitions in Cycle 1 and ensure clear framework conditions in everyday school life.
• You actively help shape the further development of the primary level and take responsibility for selected quality and development processes.
• You are the contact person for teachers, parents and specialist agencies and accompany demanding situations in a solution-oriented manner.
• You work closely with the school management team and jointly assume leadership responsibility for Cycle 1.

Your background

• You have a teaching diploma for the primary level and several years of teaching experience
• You have the CAS Schulleitung training or are willing to complete this training.
• You bring leadership experience as well as interest and experience in school and instructional development.
• You have strong communication and social skills, appear confident and can represent decisions clearly and comprehensibly.
• You work in a solution-oriented, proactive and binding manner and maintain an overview and the necessary calm even in demanding situations.
• You work cooperatively, are flexible and willing to attend appointments outside of regular working hours if necessary.
• You have good IT and digital skills and are open to new developments in the school and work environment.
