We are a small, well-coordinated real estate company in Otelfingen and are looking for reinforcement for our accounting department. With us, you can expect varied tasks, short decision-making paths, and uncomplicated, collegial cooperation.

What awaits you with us

• You manage our entire real estate accounting independently using our accounting system RIMO R5.
• You take care of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as tenant accounts including dunning processes.
• You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements.
• You are responsible for the annual statements and annual financial statements of our rental properties and co-ownership communities.
• You perform account reconciliations and all accounting closing work.
• You support our property management team with accounting questions.

What you bring with you

• A commercial education and/or sound experience in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience in the independent preparation of annual financial statements
• An exact, structured, and reliable way of working
• Joy in numbers, personal responsibility, and independent work
• An uncomplicated, team-oriented personality who likes to think ahead

No experience in real estate accounting or with RIMO R5 yet?

No problem! Even if you have previously worked in the fiduciary sector or in general accounting, we look forward to your application.

Knowledge in real estate management and in RIMO R5 is an advantage, but not a requirement. It is important to us that you master accounting. We are happy to train you in our processes and our system.
