• Welcoming customers in an inviting and courteous manner based on the foundation of the IKEA values.
• Ensuring that the available food, beverages and products are of the highest quality and freshness and are presented in an appealing way.
• Preparation and distribution of food in the IKEA Bistro or Restaurant.
• Maintenance of your area of responsibility, so that it is always organized and inviting and the prices are clearly marked.
• Receiving payments and processing cash transactions at the cash desk.
• Viewing the food area from the perspective of our customers.
• Using your own initiative to optimize existing processes.
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines.
