• Sale of products and services as well as conclusion of contracts
• Processing of customer inquiries, complaints and service cases
• Operation of the cash register and processing of payment processes
• Support of customers with repair and service requests

Requirements

• Completed training in retail EFZ
• Experience in customer service
• High interest in telecommunications products
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High degree of sales motivation with professional appearance
• Good MS-Office skills and technical understanding
• Very good German skills, any further language is an advantage
• Confident handling of cash register systems and digital tools
