Our client is an established company in the food industry with a nationwide sales organization in Switzerland. Short distances, a familial tone, and a lot of creative freedom characterize everyday work. In the background, a well-coordinated team ensures smooth processes and reliably supports sales. If you enjoy keeping an overview and coordinating several topics at the same time, a versatile task with a lot of independence awaits you.

Your tasks

• Creating and coordinating supplier confirmations in connection with the new packaging reform
• Obtaining specifications and product-relevant documents from suppliers
• Triggering and monitoring orders in the ERP system
• Checking and approving invoices
• Controlling order confirmations and reconciling them with orders
• Participating in the classification of suppliers as well as accompanying apprentices in everyday work

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in the field of purchasing or order processing
• ERP knowledge
• Accurate, organized and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a team and exchanging information with suppliers
• German: proficient / English: good knowledge is an advantage
