Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the socio-pedagogical promotion and support of children in the kindergarten.
• You also work with the entire class on group dynamics.
• You work closely with the kindergarten team, maintain contact with legal guardians, and exchange ideas regularly within the specialist department as well as with the involved specialist agencies.
• Contact with other teachers as well as with the school management is very important to you.

Your background

• You possess a degree as a dipl. Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge (HF, FH or equivalent) and have specialized in the area of school and teaching.
• High teaching quality is a matter of course for you.
• In hectic times, you maintain an overview and convince thanks to composure and humor.

In the 2026/27 school year, Primarstufe Pfeffingen (BL) comprises two kindergarten classes, one introductory class and nine primary school classes. Around 200 children attend our school and are taught by 30 teachers. A cheerful, open team and a supportive school management await them. We offer a responsible, versatile and varied activity in a lively environment.
