Together we advocate for social cohesion, global justice, climate justice and a life with dignity. We are looking for a Project Coach Youth Participation 60%, fixed-term until 31. Dezember 2027, starting 01. Januar 2027 or by arrangement. The Project Coach supports the youth participation project imagine (young adults from 18 to 26 years) in the entire project implementation. Support is provided both individually and holistically. Tasks * Proactive support of the project as a whole * Co-responsibility and support in change processes and innovation * Mediation of the project group * Coaching and support of the 9 project coordinators in their respective departments and tasks Technical as well as personal support * Occasional bilateral exchange * Attentive handling of the needs of the project coordinators If necessary, taking over tasks * Administration of the project imagine within the structures of terre des hommes schweiz * Creating the cyclical internal project application * Responsibility for recruitment processes of the project coordinators Creating personnel documents such as employment contracts and employment references * Collaboration on the innovation and further development of the projects Switzerland * Overall responsibility for the annual festival in the areas of permitting and security, food hygiene as well as compliance with legal provisions for alcohol service Requirements * Experience in project management (advantageous if in the culture or event sector) * Experience in team leadership or in other work with young people * Willingness to continuously engage with various forms of discrimination, one's own positioning as well as structural inequalities on a local and global level * Background in socio-cultural animation (in the form of training or work experience) is an advantage * Availability during the week of the festival (4. and 5.
