Job description
Kita Sternen, Meilen is looking for a Pedagogical Specialist 60 % (at least 5 weeks vacation) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as of October 2026 or by arrangement.

You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or an equivalent pedagogical education.
You bring experience in everyday daycare life, ideally in the care of babies and toddlers, and respond sensitively to their signals.
You bring experience in caring for a group of children and, together with the team, responsibly take on the design of a safe and secure environment for all children.
Together with the specialist team, you work appreciatively, reliably and at eye level.
You maintain a trusting cooperation with the parents and value an open exchange within the team.
You contribute your own ideas and shape a daycare everyday life that invites playing, discovering and trying things out.
Our Kita Sternen is located directly on the beautiful Lake Zurich in Meilen and belongs to Verein FEE. For over 25 years, we have been accompanying children in two groups with heart and professional competence.
