Your tasks:

• Organization of secretarial operations and administrative processes
• Personnel administration of the teachers
• Administration of the pupils
• Accounting
• Telephone service
• Supervision of the counter and school office
• Further tasks on behalf of the school management

You bring with you:

• Joy in contact with pupils, teachers, parents and authorities
• Identification with the school, commitment and initiative, flexibility
• Flair or knowledge in dealing with digital archiving
• Knowledge in dealing with databases
• Proficiency in the German language and in dealing with numbers
• Balanced personality
• Completed commercial training or professional experience in this area

Presence times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from – o'clock during 39 school weeks, remaining time by arrangement with the school management.
