Job description
The family-supplementary childcare facility Hort PLUS+, from 1. January 2027 newly "Kinderbetreuung Wollerau" of the municipality of Wollerau, is looking for support. In the nursery, toddlers aged 3 months to 2 years are cared for in the "Stubezwerge", and in the "Wurzelzwerge" (forest group) and "Gartezwerge", children from 2 years until kindergarten entry are cared for. Kindergarten children as well as children in the 1st grade are cared for in "Hort grün". From the 2nd grade until the end of primary school, the children attend "Hort blau". All childcare teams work closely together and support each other if necessary. We attach great importance to employees who are committed, enjoy working in a team and who care about the colorful and diverse world of children. As of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement within the framework of a fixed-term maternity replacement until September 2027, we are looking for a motivated personality as co-educator Kita Wurzelzwerge (80 %, Mon to Thu). Your tasks In this responsible and versatile function, as a co-educator, you will take an active role in daily childcare and, together with the team, contribute significantly to loving, professional, and child-friendly care. In the forest group, you accompany and supervise the children in nature and organize a varied daily routine. You plan and carry out creative, playful, and nature-related activities. Your profile You bring expertise, think solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team:

FaBe certificate or an equivalent pedagogical training
Openness to working in a large team
Motivation and joy in working with different age groups
Resilient and responsible personality
Flexibility, independence, as well as good team and communication skills
Ideas for organizing a varied everyday life
Good German language skills and a clear way of expressing yourself
