For our client, the Kantonsspital Aarau (KSA), we are looking for 2–4 motivated commercial employees for administration and telephone processing of inquiries, starting immediately or by arrangement.

☎️ Your tasks
You are mainly responsible for the telephone reception and processing of inquiries as well as the recording and maintenance of data.

Your tasks include:

• Reception and processing of telephone inquiries
• Friendly and competent support of callers
• Recording, checking, and updating master data
• Forwarding inquiries to the responsible specialist departments
• Telephone clarifications and administrative support in patient administration
• Support with outpatient and inpatient billing
• General administrative activities
• Ensuring correct and careful data entry

👩💻 What you bring with you

• Mandatory completed commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ)
• Enjoyment of telephone calls and direct contact with people
• Friendly, communicative, and open personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office and enjoyment of data entry
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Good comprehension and willingness to learn new things
• Patience and friendliness, even with a high volume of calls
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and motivation

Advantageous, but not a requirement:

• Experience in administration or in telephone customer service
• Experience in patient administration
• Knowledge of SAP IS-H or a comparable system
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Have you just completed your KV apprenticeship?
