Macardo Swiss Distillery & Genusswelt, Strohwilen (TG)

The Macardo Genusswelt combines Swiss distilling art, culinary arts, and hospitality. For our seminars, events, brunches, and the Fondue Chalet, we prepare all food freshly in our own kitchen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible and experienced specialist part-time.

Your tasks
Preparation of menus, buffets, and apéros for seminars, events, and B&B guests
Assistance with our enjoyment brunches and in the Fondue Chalet
Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Co-design and implementation of seasonal food offers
Independent organization of your assignments and close cooperation with the event team

Your profile
Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or equivalent experience
Enjoyment of fresh, regional cuisine and love for detail
Flexibility and commitment (also possible in the evenings and on weekends, depending on event volume)
Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented
Driver's license and own transport an advantage (rural location)
