In Johanneum, children, adolescents, and adults with learning disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities or developmental disorders live. They attend the special school, clarify their career choice, complete vocational training, or work in the workshops with protected jobs.

In the employment sector, we offer people with an intellectual and/or psychological impairment a protected workplace without production pressure. We enable them to engage in meaningful activities and a regulated daily structure.

Your profile:
Completed basic training (EFZ), training in the social sector is an advantage
Experience in accompanying people with an impairment is an advantage
Pronounced manual and creative skills
Empathic, patient, and socially competent personality
Team player, resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented
Enjoy working with people and participating in varied activities
Good German and MS Office skills as well as driving license Cat. B

Your tasks:
Caring for, accompanying, and guiding the supported employees in everyday work and during various activities
Taking on key person work and maintaining journals
Co-designing and further developing varied, resource-oriented employment offers with a focus on independence, self-efficacy, and participation
Supporting the team with agogic and administrative tasks
Collaboration with key persons, specialist centers, and internal departments
