IT System Specialist / IT Supporter (40% - 60%)

Your challenge / Support of teachers, participants and employees in the use of IT operating resources and applications as well as in solving hardware and network problems / Installation, maintenance and administration of hardware and software as well as cloud services / Support and representation of the application managers ERP (Tocco), processing of support requests, implementation of further developments together with external partners / Support of the Head of IT in the digital transformation and the further development of the campus platform, possibility to take over sub-projects / Your competence / IT generalist with professional experience in support and relevant vocational training/further education / Proficient in handling part of our tech stack (MS Office, MS Teams, Entra, Intune, Azure, Tocco, Moodle, Unifi) as well as willingness to learn new technologies / Exact, structured and solution-oriented way of working, quick comprehension / Team player with high social competence and strong organizational skills / Strong communication skills in German, good English skills, French is an advantage / Willingness to travel for assignments at our external locations as well as occasional on-call duty on Friday evening and Saturday morning at the beginning of the semester / Your perspectives / Creative freedom in the transformation and further development of a <<historically grown>> IT / A pleasant working atmosphere and a motivated team / A modern working environment, flexible working hours and interesting further training opportunities Interested?
