Your tasks:

Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver

Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests

Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone)

Planning and accompaniment of physician visits

Assumption of daily responsibility

Your profile

Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)

A warm and humorous basic attitude
