Job description
From February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung Kind EFZ (60 %) with deputy management responsibilities. For the pedagogical care, we are looking for a committed, reliable and responsible personality who enjoys working with children and actively supports our team. What you bring with you

Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung Kind EFZ
Joy in working with children and in pedagogical care
Reliability and sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a team and respectful interaction with children, parents and employees
Good communication skills
Willingness to step in flexibly during personnel shortages or sickness-related absences
Interest and willingness to take on responsibility in the area of deputy management
Your tasks

Pedagogical care and accompaniment of the children in everyday life
Taking over the daily management during childcare
Implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept
Organization and assistance with events and activities
Participation in team meetings (approx. every 2 months)
Taking over organizational and administrative tasks as part of the deputy management
Support of the management in daily operations and taking over its tasks during absence
