Head of Administration & Infrastructure

With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a Head of Administration & Infrastructure (employment level 80%) for our secretariat team in Zürich * We are a consulting company active throughout Switzerland with around 80 employees * offer specialized consulting services for the public sector * assume temporary leadership and specialist functions in all areas of responsibility of public administration in personnel leasing * manage branch offices of specialist associations and clubs in a mandate relationship You * have a commercial education with several years of professional experience, ideally with a connection to the public administration sector * bring leadership experience in a comparable position with you * are a service-oriented, stable and integral personality * possess assertiveness, organizational talent and enjoy interacting with people * are reliable, resilient and prepared to occasionally work outside regular working hours * are characterized by an accurate, expeditious and independent way of working * have excellent German skills and ideally knowledge of another national language Your task * involves demanding administrative and organizational work * includes the leadership responsibility of a secretariat team with five employees and an apprentice * encompasses the entire infrastructure management including classroom rental * includes telephone service and reception * requires a service-oriented and stylish appearance * requires that you are flexible and independent as well as open to new tasks We offer * a responsible and varied activity in a committed, collegial team * a 40-hour week with attractive employment conditions, good social benefits and other benefits * modernly equipped workplace directly at the Oerlikon station * individual development perspectives in a growing company Are you interested?
