Your tasks ###

• As Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the counseling service according to the OHG and the service agreement of the specialist departments regarding the specialization of the team. You lead the team personally, organizationally, and professionally. In order to be able to execute the mandate, you delegate and distribute tasks and areas of responsibility to the employees. The basis and attitude for working as a Team Lead are the leadership and cooperation values developed by all employees.
• As a member of the Executive Board, you also work with the various team leads and ensure smooth communication between the teams.
• You actively work within the framework of the executive board meeting and support the decisions made collectively.
• You plan and coordinate exchange meetings with important partner institutions and participate in internal and external working groups/committees.
• You communicate the corporate values to the outside world.
• As Team Lead, you also actively participate in counseling and casework.
• You take responsibility for individual topics of the overall institution.

You bring with you ###

• Degree in Social Work FH (or similar)
• Several years of experience in psychosocial counseling
• Several years of experience in leading teams and directing employees
• High social competence and communication skills
• Further training in team leadership
• Interest in socio-political and victim-relevant issues
• Understanding of company-wide processes
