In this exciting role, you play a central role in the transformation and further development of our company. You are responsible for the professional execution and achievement of goals for IT projects in the area of Grid Infrastructure and thus contribute significantly to the achievement of our corporate goals. In doing so, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Planning and active leadership of IT projects using agile and classical project management methods to achieve goals regarding scope, deadlines, costs, and quality across all phases of the project
• Leadership of project teams for successful collaboration in projects and with the specialist departments
• Professional management of suppliers and preparation of tender documents
• Level-appropriate and reliable communication as well as consistent stakeholder management
• Ensuring project reporting and the transition of projects into operations
• Preparation of complex project proposals and financial analyses

For the position as Senior IT Project Manager, we are looking for an extroverted personality with great joy in dealing with people. You remain calm even in hectic situations and are characterized by high goal orientation, solution orientation, and assertiveness. In addition, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in leading complex IT, process, and organizational projects. Basic understanding of business process analysis as well as skills for requirements engineering, testing, and supplier management
• You enjoy presenting to different audiences at various hierarchical levels and possess strong presentation skills
• Initiative, reliability, and integrity are a matter of course for you
• A knack for team dynamics and the ability to bring "fresh wind" to the team
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
