Do you have technical understanding, enjoy working practically, and keep an overview even in an ongoing production operation? For our customers in the Winterthur/Thurgau region, we are continuously looking for motivated plant operators for long-term temporary or permanent positions in industrial and food production.

As this is a collective vacancy, we accept applications continuously and will contact suitable candidates for appropriate assignments.

Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring, and setup of production and packaging plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Troubleshooting simple malfunctions and adjusting machine parameters
• Filling, packaging, and labeling products
• Refilling and cleaning plants
• Quality controls as well as compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Support with general production and warehouse work

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Experience as a plant operator, machine operator, or line leader is an advantage
• Technical understanding and a practical way of working
• Experience in food or industrial production is an advantage
• Good German skills (at least level A2/B1)
• Physical resilience and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Willingness for shift work depending on the assignment company
• Knowledge of HACCP or hygiene processes is an advantage
• Training in the technical or food technology field is a plus
