We wish to recruit a Maintenance & Technical Building After-Sales Manager (M/F) - 100%

Mission: ##

• Ensure the daily management of maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
• Organize interventions and coordinate technical resources.
• Supervise, support and develop team members.
• Participate in complex diagnostics and provide technical support.
• Guarantee the quality of services and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the operational and economic monitoring of the activity.
• Participate in the development of maintenance services.
• Maintain a field presence with teams and clients.

Profile ##

• Technical training in the fields of heating, electricity, automation, electromechanics or equivalent.
• Proven experience in after-sales service, maintenance or the commissioning of technical installations.
• Good knowledge of heating, hydraulics, regulation and electricity.
• Experience with heat pumps.
• First experience in supervision or strong managerial potential.
• Ability to manage priorities, make decisions and unite a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Driver's license.
