Job description
Do you want to shape family-complementary childcare with us? From 1. October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist 80 % for our Kita Dängelibänz who enjoys professionally caring for, accompanying, and supporting the development of an age-separated group of children between the ages of 3 months and 4 years. Your activities

Co-responsibility for the care of a children's group within the framework of the leolea pedagogical concept
Co-responsibility for the organizational implementation of daily life
Co-responsibility for the housekeeping area and for the room design
Maintenance of parental contacts as well as support for parents in educational and developmental matters
Co-responsibility for constructive cooperation within the team
Your profile

Training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training
Empathic, committed and resource-oriented personality
Capable of handling conflict and asserting oneself
Differentiated communication
Flexibility
