Mitarbeiter Warehouse Operational Services 100 %

In this function, you will take care of goods and shipments that arrive on the premises, are stored and distributed, or leave the location. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the operational processes in compliance with all compliance specifications, as well as the processing of export orders, destructions, and portioning of various products.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Correct operational processing of processes (export/destruction/portioning) in compliance with specifications (GMP, hazardous goods, etc.)
• Independent execution of bookings in various SAP systems
• Management of incoming and outgoing goods including documentation
• Control of materials for correct quantity, material and batch number
• Proactive participation in process optimizations, quality improvements, and the revision of specification documents
• If required, cross-group support within Logistic Solutions
• Compliance with safety regulations and GMP instructions

Professional requirements:

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ or comparable (applications without completed training cannot be considered)
• good PC skills (SAP, Office or other user programs)
• professional experience (preferably pharma as well as with GMP/GDP knowledge) and completed driving test for industrial trucks
• experience in hazardous goods is an advantage
• good German skills, oral and written
• business understanding and a structured, organized way of working
