Your tasks:
Independent processing and recording of customer orders
Creation and follow-up of offers as well as support with tenders
Telephone and written support of customers, specialist partners, and suppliers
Coordination of delivery dates as well as monitoring of timely order processing
Support of the field service with administrative and organizational tasks
Processing of complaints and development of customer-oriented solutions
Maintenance of customer, price, and article master data in the ERP system
Creation of evaluations, statistics, and sales documents
Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and technology to ensure optimal customer service
Your profile:
Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in inside sales or customer service is an advantage
Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong service orientation
Fluent German and business-fluent English skills
Confident use of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems
