Event Manager Cultural Sector 80%
starting 1 July 2026 or by arrangement
Today a lively office everyday life, tomorrow directly with people – and you have everything under control and help to ensure that everything goes smoothly on stage. We are looking for a dedicated person who plans and implements our touring performances with organizational talent, a pinch of creativity and passion for the cause.
Your stage:
You plan, coordinate and organize the implementation of over 100 touring performances
You recruit and coordinate our helpers, plan their assignments and direct them on-site during the performances
You communicate with venues and partners
You ensure that the right material – or the right person – is in the right place at the right time
You think of things before others realize they are needed
You are there when performances take place (Saturday + Sunday during the day)
What you bring to the table:
Organizational talent, initiative, structured working
Experience in event management or project management
High resilience and flexibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork/contact with people
You are reliable – you appear friendly, respectful and professional
With your hands-on mentality, you not only think along but also roll up your sleeves
You are mobile, ready to travel and possess a driving license (Cat. B)
You write and communicate stylishly in German and are proficient in MS Office
