The Arca-Personal AG is specialized in the placement and rental of qualified specialists in Switzerland. For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as an ICT Rollout Specialist. In this function, you are responsible for the technical preparation, coordination, and implementation of ICT rollouts. We are looking for an independent, communicative, and experienced personality who integrates quickly into existing processes and requires little training.

Your tasks

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating ICT rollouts in projects
• Preparing and staging of ICT hardware and end devices
• Configuring and managing devices with Microsoft Intune
• Providing, installing, and supporting Windows 11 workstations
• Ensuring a smooth device flow during the entire rollout process
• Recording and controlling the inventory upon goods receipt and goods issue
• Coordinating technical processes and timely implementation of rollout specifications
• Independent handling of occurring technical and organizational challenges

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the organization and implementation of ICT rollouts in projects
• Experience in the coordination of rollout teams and project employees
• Good practical knowledge in the staging of ICT devices
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Intune and Windows 11
• Technical understanding of modern workplace environments and end devices
• Experience in inventory management as well as in goods receipt and goods issue
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills for inventory management and communication in everyday work
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as organizational skill
• Rapid comprehension and the ability to work productively with as little training and communication effort as possible
