Tasks ###

From the 2027/28 school year, Schule Rothus will comprise 12 classes in Cycle 3, including one class for special support. The site is currently undergoing extensive renovation and is being supplemented by a modern new building. The historical part is being carefully restored and equipped with contemporary learning spaces such as group and subject rooms. The school commission has selected the project manager, who is currently preparing the commissioning of Rothus and is supported by a project team. The project manager has also been elected as the new school management for Rothus. A school social worker will belong to Schule Rothus. A school secretary will support the school management in administrative tasks. Your diverse area of responsibility: You will participate in the professional, personnel, and pedagogical leadership of Schule Rothus. In doing so, you will accompany teachers as well as students during the move into the new school building and promote team building within the newly assembled staff. Together with the school principal, you will ensure smooth school operations and actively commit to securing and continuously developing school quality.

Requirements ###

You have experience as a teacher or, ideally, already as a member of school management. You meet changes and unforeseen events with composure, flexibility, and a solution-oriented attitude. With your appreciative communication, your empathy, and your assertiveness, you contribute to ensuring that the newly assembled staff grows together into a strong team. Even if you do not yet have school management experience, we look forward to your application, provided you are motivated to take on responsibility and grow into this role.
