For a long-term old building renovation in the city of Luzern, we are looking for a trained Carpenter/Carpenter EFZ.
The assignment is expected to last until Spring 2027 and is ideal for carpenters looking for a long-term and easily accessible workplace. The construction site is centrally located and can be reached on foot from Luzern station within about ten minutes. A private car is therefore not required for this assignment.

Job Description

• Carpentry work during a comprehensive old building renovation
• Conversion and renovation of existing timber structures
• Demolition and professional dismantling of existing components
• Reinforcement and renewal of timber structures
• Interior fitting work with wood and wood-based materials
• Installation of walls, ceilings, and cladding
• Installation of insulation and isolation
• Adaptation and connection work in existing structures
• Work according to plans and technical drawings
• Dimensional measurements and precise adjustments directly on the construction site
• Cooperation with site management and other craftsmen
• Ensuring clean and high-quality execution

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as Carpenter/Carpenter EFZ
• Recent graduates with an interest in conversion and renovation are also welcome
• Experience in conversion, interior fitting, or old building renovations is an advantage
• Enjoyment of varied work on existing buildings
• Manual dexterity and good spatial imagination
• Ability to read plans and technical drawings
• Careful, reliable, and motivated way of working
• Ability to work in a team and punctuality
• Good German language skills
• Residence or existing accommodation in Central Switzerland
• No driver's license and no private car required
